2024 Fall Provo Ultimate

Provo Ultimate is for high school and middle school students who do not have an ultimate program at their school. Come play with us!

Practices are Tuesday and Friday from 3:30 to 6 pm at Rock Canyon Elementary. Our coaches are there to help you with your throws, cutting, decision making, and team schemes. Come learn handler resets, end zone plays, and pull plays.

This registration is for those participating fully with the team - attending practices, playing at the Thursday night Ultimate Play Fall League games, and attending tournaments. The fee covers field rental, insurance, coaches stipend, and the league fee.

2024 Peaks Winter 3v3

The indoor 3v3 league is back for another season at Peaks Ice Arena in Provo!

Games will be held Monday nights from 6:00 to 8:15 pm from November 4 through December 16.

This winter we will have 3 divisions available for signups: elite, women, and recreation. Registration will be Full Team Only, no individual sign-ups. Teams should be comprised of 6-8 players. There will only be 6 team spots available for registration for each division, so don't wait.

Registration will be ??? per team. Have just one member of your team sign up as your team captain and there will be a question in the registration form for them to list the rest of the team members. It will be up to that team captain to collect reimbursement payments from the rest of their teammates after registration. There won't be reversibles for the league so players will be on their own to bring a reversible or coordinate a jersey with your team.

2024 Herriman Elite 5v5

Elite 5v5 is back with a new and improved start time of 8:30 pm!

The league will be held indoors at the Zions Bank Stadium Indoor Turf in Herriman.

Games for Session One will be held Thursday nights from 8:30 to 11:00 pm from November 7 through December 19. There will be no games November 28 and an end of season tournament on December 19.

This year we will have elite male matching, female matching, and open recreation divisions. The elite male matching and female matching players will play on both a mixed team and a male matching/female matching team and have a double header each week. Recreation teams will have one game each week.

Come enjoy some high level ultimate as you prepare for your professional, club, or college season!
