2025 Herriman Indoor 5v5

Welcome to Herriman 5v5!

This year we are just holding one session, from November 6 to January 15. Games will be held Thursday nights from 10 PM to midnight. There will be no games on Thanksgiving, December 18 and 25, or January 1.

This league will feature a double header each night for a total of 2 hours of play. The first game will be mixed teams and the second game will be male matching and female matching teams. Participants will be drafted onto two teams, a mixed team and a team according to male/female matching. Registration will be individual sign-ups only.

2025 Peaks Indoor 3v3

The indoor 3v3 league is back for another season at Peaks Ice Arena in Provo!

Games will be held Monday nights from 6:00 to 8:15 pm from November 3 through December 15.

This winter we will have 3 divisions available for signups: elite, women, and recreation. Registration will be Full Team Only, no individual sign-ups. Teams should be comprised of 6-8 players. There will only be 6 team spots available for registration for each division, so don't wait.

Registration will be $225 per team. Have just one member of your team sign up as your team captain and there will be a question in the registration form for them to list the rest of the team members. It will be up to that team captain to collect reimbursement payments from the rest of their teammates after registration. There won't be reversibles for the league so players will be on their own to bring a reversible or coordinate a jersey with your team.

2025 Fall Provo Ultimate Fees (Youth Team)

Provo Ultimate is for high school and middle school students who do not have an ultimate program at their school. Come play with us!

Practices are Monday and Wednesday from 3:30 to 6 pm at the turf field at old Provo High on Cougar Blvd. Our coaches are there to help you with your throws, cutting, decision making, and team schemes. Come learn handler resets, end zone plays, and pull plays. Provo Ultimate will participate in three tournaments in the fall in preparation for the spring season.
