Camps

To support and further our school outreach, we will host periodic camps. Camps will cater to various age groups and skill levels. Coaches will work with participants to improve their ultimate IQ, with emphasis on throwing, catching, and cutting. And plenty of mini-games along the way!

Cache Valley Youth Clinic

The Salt Lake Shred are hosting a youth clinic on March 16th in North Logan, Utah. This camp is for players ages 12 and up. 

​

When: March 16th from 1:30 to 5 PM

Outreach​

 

One of Ultimate Play's goals is to bring ultimate to more people, especially youth. We would love to come and teach basic ultimate skills at your school, either in physical education classes or as a special assembly. Ultimate Play will provide the equipment and coaches for these programs. Contact us at info@ultimateplayut.com to schedule.  

 

Why Ultimate? 

 

Ultimate is an up and coming sport. Not only is it great for developing athleticism, with plenty of running, cutting, diving, and jumping, but it also emphasizes good sportsmanship. Ultimate frisbee is self-refereed, relying on the players to make calls and resolve them fairly. Players are responsible for learning and understanding the rules. Ultimate is non-contact, making it a great sport for all ages, sizes, and abilities. Ultimate does not require a lot of expensive equipment to play - just cones and a disc!
